1. Acceptance and operator
These Terms govern your use of the NecroTube app and related services at www.necrotube.com, operated by the developer/operator below ("NecroTube", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

References to Live streaming, connected social accounts, multistreaming and hosted archives describe planned or optional functionality where available. They are not promises that a feature is released or included with any subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required by applicable law, to use NecroTube. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use and accept responsibility where permitted by law. Purchases and connected-platform features require any additional age, account and authorization requirements imposed by the store or platform.
3. App purpose and paranormal disclaimer
NecroTube provides paranormal-themed investigation and entertainment tools, which may include EVP audio recording, SLS-style camera overlays and EMF/sensor displays. Outputs may be affected by ordinary noise, environmental conditions, algorithms, movement and device limitations.
NecroTube does not guarantee that any apparent detection, voice, image or reading is real paranormal activity or scientifically verified evidence. The app is not a scientific certification, emergency service, medical tool or safety instrument. Do not rely on it to decide whether a location or activity is safe.
4. Subscriptions, billing and free trials
Paid features, prices, billing periods and included benefits are those displayed in the applicable purchase screen. Google Play purchases are processed through Google Play Billing under the store's terms.
Subscriptions renew according to the purchase terms unless cancelled before renewal through the relevant store's subscription settings. Uninstalling the app, deleting local data or disconnecting a social account does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise. Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by applicable law and the relevant store's policies.
If a free trial is offered, its eligibility, duration, renewal price and cancellation deadline will be shown before you accept. Unless that offer states otherwise, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends if not cancelled in time. Trials are not guaranteed or always available. Price or subscription changes will follow required notice and consent rules. Do not purchase based on an expectation of unreleased Live features.
5. Your responsibilities and device permissions
You are responsible for using the app lawfully, protecting your device and accounts, maintaining backups you need, and obtaining permission to enter or investigate a location. Do not trespass, damage property or put yourself or others at risk.
Camera, microphone, storage and available device sensors support relevant tools. Grant only permissions you wish to allow and revoke them through device settings when needed. Denying a permission can prevent the associated feature from working. Permission to use a device sensor is not permission to record another person or publish their information.
6. Live streaming rules and third-party accounts
If you choose to use Live features, you are responsible for the content and destinations you select, audience settings, account security and required authorizations. Confirm that you have the right to broadcast before starting. Multistreaming, where offered, subjects your stream to the requirements of every selected destination.
The YouTube Terms of Service, Facebook Terms and Instagram Terms of Use, together with their community, copyright and Live rules, apply when you use those services. YouTube API features, where available, are subject to YouTube's terms. Platform account eligibility, age limits, verification, channel standing and access to Live or API capabilities remain your responsibility. NecroTube cannot bypass a platform restriction or guarantee approval.
7. Your content and limited permission to operate the service
You retain ownership of video, audio, photographs and other content you create, subject to rights belonging to others. NecroTube does not automatically own your videos or investigations.
Only when you submit content to an available service, you give NecroTube the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to process and transmit it to your chosen destinations and, if you separately enable an archive, store it for the disclosed period. Service providers may process it only as needed to perform that requested service. This permission is limited to that purpose and duration, subject to required legal retention; it does not authorize unrelated promotion, resale or publication on NecroTube's official channel.
You remain responsible for what you record and stream and for having all permissions needed to provide this limited authorization. Platform-hosted content is also subject to the separate rights you grant that platform under its own terms.
8. Separate consent for the official NecroTube YouTube channel
NecroTube may invite you to feature an investigation on its official YouTube channel. Separate, explicit consent is required before NecroTube may publish that Live recording. Using the app, accepting these Terms, enabling recording, purchasing a subscription or connecting your YouTube account is not that consent.
The separate permission must identify the recording, proposed use, any editing, attribution arrangements and the agreed scope and duration of publication. Ownership remains with you. You may decline. Requests to withdraw permission for future use or remove an official-channel copy can be sent to the contact below, subject to the separate agreement and applicable law. We cannot guarantee removal of copies independently made by viewers or other platforms.
9. Prohibited content, copyright and other people’s privacy
Do not use NecroTube for illegal content, exploitation, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, fraud, stalking, doxxing or other harmful activity. Do not expose private information, interfere with services, distribute malware, bypass access controls or use another person's account without authorization.
You must have the necessary copyright and other rights for music, video, images and material included in a broadcast. Background music can also require permission. NecroTube does not provide music licenses or guarantee protection from copyright claims, muting, blocking or platform penalties.
Respect the privacy and publicity rights of people you record. Do not stream private conversations without proper consent and any other legally required authorization. Obtain required permissions for private property, identifiable participants and sensitive locations, with particular care for children. A paranormal investigation does not create an exception to these obligations.
10. Technical limitations, interruptions and archives
Live availability and quality depend on network speed and stability, platform availability and quotas, device compatibility, hardware sensors, battery, temperature and operating-system restrictions. Streams can be delayed, interrupted, degraded or stopped, and recordings can be incomplete or lost. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted streaming or compatibility with every device.
Optional recording or archiving is available only when expressly offered and enabled. The feature must disclose retention and deletion arrangements before use. Do not assume every Live session is recorded or recoverable. A destination platform may independently retain a replay under its settings and rules. Keep your own lawful backup of important content.
11. NecroTube intellectual property
The NecroTube name, branding, app code, interface and materials supplied by us belong to NecroTube or its licensors, subject to applicable third-party and open-source rights. You receive a limited right to use the app for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, sell or misuse our protected materials without permission, except where applicable law or a relevant license permits it. This section does not transfer ownership of your content.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an available service where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful or harmful use, security risk or a third-party platform requirement. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent safety or legal circumstances may require immediate action.
You may stop using the app at any time. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately. Suspension does not remove mandatory refund or consumer rights. On termination, permissions to process your content end except as needed to complete deletion, satisfy legal obligations or carry out a separate publication agreement you explicitly accepted.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without promises of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free availability. We do not warrant paranormal results, content recovery or third-party platform performance. Warranties and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in force.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NecroTube is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services, such as lost profits or opportunities caused by streaming interruptions. You should take reasonable steps to protect and back up your content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Mandatory consumer remedies continue to apply.
15. Responsibility for third-party claims
Where permitted by applicable law, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs arising from third-party claims caused by your unlawful content or intentional infringement of another person's rights through the service. This does not cover claims caused by NecroTube's own misconduct. We will provide notice of a relevant claim and a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense; no settlement imposing obligations on you should be made without your agreement.
16. Changes to services and these Terms
Features may evolve or be discontinued, subject to existing purchase commitments and applicable law. We may revise these Terms and update the date above. Material changes require appropriate notice and, where legally required, your agreement. Changes do not retroactively grant rights to previously created content or replace the separate consent required for official-channel publication.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws of Québec, Canada, without depriving you of mandatory protections or rights to bring claims in courts available under the law where you live. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is created by these Terms.
Please contact us first if you would like to seek an informal resolution of a concern. Doing so does not restrict your right to pursue legal remedies.
